Why should I use a Fitness Coach?
Some people are happy to follow their own programme in their own time and place; for those who lack the time, or the motivation, or the energy to train effectively on their own, a Personal Trainer, like me, can be the answer. The support, advice and encouragement comes with safe exercise technique to help you avoid injuries.
When do I need a Personal Trainer?
When you are overweight, when you are underweight, when you are unfit, when you want to get fitter, when you have just had a baby, when you are in training, when you are bored with training, when the kids have left home, when the jeans don't fit, when you are too busy to keep fit, when you are going skiing, when Christmas has happened, when summer is about to happen, when aerobics has got boring, when you can't avoid the mirror, when you always avoid the scales, when you want to!
Will you put me on a diet? Stop me smoking/make me stop drinking?
No. However, I am fully aware that in order to change an unhealthy lifestyle you have to work within it. I will give you nutritional and lifestyle advice - whether you take it is up to you. I am only with you a few hours a week, but the fitter you become, the better you will treat your body.
How much is Personal Training?
I offer training packages.
1 Session - 120 EUR
5 Sessions - 550 EUR
10 Sessions - 950 EUR
Is coaching and training offered in every language?
I offer services in English and German
How is Online Coaching Effective?
Clients success/results rate are high because you can do everything from your own home and at your own leisure and convenience. You control your own schedule. Even if you are away on vacation or out of town, you can still be coached with 100% effectiveness.
How is my program delivered to me?
Your program will be hand-designed personally for YOUR needs. Every client has access to the trainerize app where you can login, message me and have 24 hour access to your plan right at your fingertips. You will be given a personal login so you can download or view your Coaching plan, training schedule, and workouts.
Is this coaching system really all done Online?
Yes all programs can be done at your own leisure and convenience on your APP provided by me whether you’re located in Germany, US, Canada, Argentina, Portugal, France or Austria etc.…
How soon can I expect results?
MANY things can directly affect the results you see. So honestly speaking I can't tell you exactly HOW YOUR BODY works or How will it respond to my programming till we worked together for a couple of months.
What diet do I need to follow?
There is no specific DIET to follow. We will instead work together based on your preferences that fit your goals and lifestyle and come up with a specific formula that works for you but everyone is different which means depending on your preference.
I have a some injury and special needs, is it ok?
It all depends on what we're dealing with; yes we can work around and be considered. If you are dealing with a relatively new injury, make sure you've completed all physical therapy, and have doctor's clearance BEFORE starting with me. If it's an old injury, then feel free to tell me what you can or cannot do, and I will do my very best to improve it if I can while avoiding re-injury, causing any kind of pain during workouts.
BUT I do not advice anyone under any circumstances to work through pain or push past limits in ways to hurt them. So always train mindfully, and let me know when you need any kind of plan adjustments.
What is the commitment level?
You simply have to check in online every other day with your coach. This is how you will build good behaviours and habits long term. Each program has its specific requirements.
